We’re seeking multiple Engagement Managers to join the team focused on putting people at the centre of everything we do, ensuring we deliver better outcomes for all South Australians.

**The Opportunity**
We’re involved in delivering a multi-billion-dollar pipeline of transformative investment in our transport network. This includes the River Torrens to Darlington project (T2D), the most significant road infrastructure development ever undertaken in the State.

Our Engagement Managers lead the delivery of community and stakeholder engagement across our exciting range of transport and public transport projects, programs and initiatives.

In this role, you’ll develop and lead engagement strategies that create meaningful opportunity for South Australian communities to shape project decisions, ensuring participation at every step. You’ll work collaboratively with our Alliance partner, oversee a high-performing team that partners closely with divisions to deliver engagement initiatives to the highest standards and within set timeframes. Your strategic insights will guide the preparation of all engagement materials, ensure alignment with governance and legislative requirements, and building and maintaining strong relationships.

**About You**
- **Leading Strategic Engagement -** leading, developing and delivering stakeholder and community engagement strategies in a complex environment.
- **Communicator -** exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, conveying clear and concise content appropriate for various audiences.
- **Influencer -** handling sensitive negotiations and engaging stakeholders with a strong customer commitment and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
- **Networking -** establishing, developing, and maintaining strategic networks to foster critical business relationships.
- **Team Leader -** leading and motivating diverse teams to deliver, inspiring the team and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
- **Analysis and Continuous Improvement -** strong analytical skills to identify trends and develop innovative, practical solutions for effective engagement. Proven ability to work strategically, improve performance outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:
Formal qualifications in a relevant discipline and IAP2 qualifications are desirable.

**Special Conditions**
- A National Police Check (NPC) which must be renewed every three years.
- A Department for Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check (WWCC) which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.

Out of hours and weekend work will be required.
