A Traineeship opportunity is available for the right individual to join a growing company and gain knowledge in the Technology sector. **This role is best suited to an applicant that has not completed a Tertiary degree or a Certificate higher than level 3**.**

**To be successful, you’ll have**:

- Customer service background is desirable
- A keen interest in completing a certification in Customer Service or Information Technology whilst working full time
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Can build rapport quickly with a firm, engaging and respectful telephone manner
- Can work in a high-pace environment and demonstrate solid computer literacy
- Enthusiasm and ability to learn complex software products and systems
- The ability to work within our core business hours of 8.00am - 6.00pm, on a permanent full time basis
- A personal interest in online Technology and Workplace Health and Safety
