About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant FOH & Bar Attendant to join our team at the Longbeach RSL. This is a casual role, allowing you to enjoy a flexible work schedule that suits your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

• Providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Taking food and beverage orders, processing payments, handling cash and card transactions
• Assisting with table set-up, table service, clearing and cleaning tables
• Restocking and maintaining the bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-organised and readily available
• Adhering to all food safety and liquor licensing regulations
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or bar setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
