**About the role**

Redcape Hotel Group is seeking passionate and caring hospitality professionals to join the El Cortez Hotel Team as one of our Bar/Gaming Attendants. Assisting our Leadership Team to successfully operate the Hotel's relevant departments in a hands-on front of house role.

**Expectations, Duties and Responsibilities**

Supporting your Leadership Team with day-to-day operational requirements, your main responsibilities will include
- Working alongside a team cohesive team as we strive to offer an outstanding customer experience.
- Ensuring our exceptional venue standards are met in regard to venue cleanliness and presentation.
- Utilising problem-solving opportunities to foster a positive working environment.
- Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours.
- Possess a current/valid RSA, RCG, ARCG (Or willingness to obtain).
- Although previous experience is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement.
