**WesTrac** currently have a permanent opportunity for an experienced **Workshop Supervisor** to join our team at the Perth Branch Precinct. Reporting directly to the **Area Manager**, you will be responsible for providing supervision, support and adequate guidance and direction to a team of technicians responsible for the New Construction Machine Assembly including Dealer provided option installations, whilst maintaining WesTrac’s SPARC values.
- Trade Certificate with demonstrated post trade experience
- Previous leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high performing team
- Intermediate computer Literacy skills (Including MS Office Suite)
- Advanced communication skills (Written, verbal and interpersonal)
- Highly developed organisational skills and the ability to successfully manage your workload and being able to prioritise accordingly.
- High attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding for team members
