NOJA Power manufactures and supplies medium voltage switchgear products to over 100 countries globally. The Group operates from the Head Office and Manufacturing facility in Murarrie, Brisbane with Factory and Offices in Brazil, Canada, UK & USA.

Reporting to the Group Finance Director, your key responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Drive the development of Employees & Company Culture
- Review and manage internal and external HR policies and procedures
- New staff inductions
- Planning and coordination re staff training and on-going staff development.
- Staff retention programs
- Support for Directors and Managers in terms of staff competencies, salaries, and performance reviews.
- Apprentice management including training rotations and college bookings
- Manage Scholarships program with Australian Universities
- Visa sponsorship and new international employee arrivals
- Staff Disciplinary and Counselling
- Manage Work Cover claims in consultation with the Stakeholders
- Exit interview
- Oversee the payroll of Australian and Overseas entities including Payroll back up as and when required.

To be successful in the role, you should possess:

- A tertiary Human resource management qualification
- 1-2-year experience as an HR professional in Australia
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills,
- Ability to deal effectively with deadlines and evolving priorities.
- Demonstrated experience in MS Office (especially Word & Excel)
- HR experience in Manufacturing industry will be highly regarded
