We are looking for an experienced Content and SEO Specialist who can own all our organic social channels. You will join a dynamic team located in our Fairfield office, however flexible working options can be considered. With the customer at the heart of everything you do, your focus will be improving our social media platforms. We are looking for someone that can create videos and that is not video shy.

Job Overview:
We're seeking an imaginative and results-driven Social Media Content Creator to join our team. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling content, managing our social media accounts, and driving engagement across platforms. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are passionate about storytelling, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute engaging content for all social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing goals.
- Monitor trends and emerging platforms to keep our content strategy fresh and relevant.
- Write compelling captions, create eye-catching visuals, and work with the team for video content production.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to align social media content with broader campaigns.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and nurture a community of loyal followers.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics) to track performance, analyze data, and optimize content for improved engagement and reach.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and influencer marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Excellent writing and communication skills, with a creative flair for crafting engaging content.

Basic graphic design skills (experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is a plus).

Video editing skills or a willingness to learn are a bonus.

Strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

A genuine passion for social media and a desire to connect with audiences.
