**The Role**

We are on the search for a Benefits Realisation Specialist. This is a key position within the enterprise Operational Excellence function supporting the Benefits Realisation Lead to ensure that focus on the identified and approved benefits is maintained through delivery of Operational Excellence initiatives to optimise and realise benefits

**Your impact**

We’re looking for someone who can support delivery of monthly OE reporting and preparation for Executive review sessions in relation to performance and tracking of the productivity targets and preparation of strategic insights that will shape future initiatives. You will impact in this role by:

- Supporting the delivery of discrete strategic analysis that will assess the size of the prize and validate hypothesis across the Enterprise
- Engaging and influencing business units to act and implement initiatives that will advance shared interest and goals
- Developing appropriate collaboration mechanisms to build engagement and buy-in of key stakeholders across the enterprise
- Actively tracking and reporting on benefit realisation and support delivery crews in delivering bottom line outcomes

**About you**

You will have an analytical background and proven experience developing stakeholder relationships, ideally within an enterprise environment.

**Must have skills**
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build engagement with key stakeholders and work collaboratively with cross functional teams
- An Enterprise mindset that considers opportunities with a 360-lens including customer experience, employee experience, cost pools and risk controls
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to create reports, and produce strategic and formal documents
