**The Client**

Our highly valued client is a Federal Government agency, mobilizing a large workforce to deliver a major market transformation.

**The role**

We are seeking an APS6 level Procurement Reporting Officer to join the team for an initial 12 month contract, paying $58.50 per hour + Super.

**Key accountabilities will** **include**:

- Leading a small team including maintaining the integrity and quality of corporate data (from third party systems or within NDIA systems).
- Maintaining reporting/data management tools and systems.
- Working collaboratively to develop a suitable solution to complex issues based on available data.
- Designing and delivering training and support materials to internal clients.
- Acting as a central point of contact to resolve systems issues between the Agency and third party such as Services Australia.
- Providing content, advice and support for regulatory and legislative reporting requirements.
- Developing a suite of corporate reporting tools to support branch reporting.
- Providing support to compliance reporting and ensuring procurement activities are conducted in line with legislative requirements, the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs) and the Procurement Policy to deliver value for money outcomes.

**Skills and experience**:

- Experience in procurement sector, knowledge in policy advice, perform procedural, clerical, administrative and operational tasks.
- Strong communication and writing skills, being able to write succinctly across communications platforms and for different audiences.
- Building cohesive relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders to manage the co-design procurement activities encouraging diverse views to work collaboratively towards mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Experience in maintaining procedures for data collection, input, management and quality control
- Maintaining thorough and auditable records and documentation.
- Experience managing competing priorities while maintaining high work standards and accuracy.
- SAP ESSentials and JIRA user experience and knowledge would be highly desirable.
- Government experience highly desirable
