Our client is seeking for an **APS6 Reporting Officer **to join the Delivery and Change Office in the Strategy and Priorities Division.

**About the Team/Role**:
The Delivery and Change Office Branch is responsible for developing the agency's Corporate Plan and monitoring the delivery of the annual work priorities, including insights on progress against the plan to ensure the delivery of outcomes that benefit participants.

The branch also supports the Agency by deploying specialist project management, change and business analysis resources to drive implementation of priority initiatives for the agency.

The Corporate Planning and Reporting team within the branch has two key functions; facilitating the development of the Corporate Plan and associated annual Work plan, and monitoring the performance of Agency activities to achieving the goals within the corporate plan.

The Reporting Officer is an important team membership position within the agency and will support the team to resolve issues and risks across wide-ranging activities of substantial depth involving significant detail. The position will exercise a considerable degree of independence to engage in complex problem solving and issues management within the various functions. The position will exercise sound decision-making and judgement to produce high level reporting and planning advice and operational support.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Contributing to Corporate Plan reporting processes for Board and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) reports and other reporting activities as required.
- Coordinating input to produce relevant, timely and accurate reports and ensuring branch reporting activities adhere to Agency standards and frameworks.
- Assisting in the development of the Agency annual work plan and Corporate Plan strategy.
- Providing local reporting requirement advice and support to business areas.
- Leading and/or supporting continuous improvement activities as they arise within the team.
- Assist in maintaining the Agency work plan.
