**The company**
Our client is a well-known and trusted national distributor of LV electrical consumables. You will be representing a genuine market leader that is highly regarded and widely used across Australia and internationally.

**The position**
As Projects Technical Support, you will manage the technical administrative, and commercial aspects of the quotations and projects. Dealing with external customers such as Contractors & End Users you will prepare, negotiate & deliver all associated activities in a timely manner whilst maintaining a high level of engagement.

This is a full time (Monday to Friday) office based role. Our client is based on Brisbane’s north side.

**Duties include**:

- Oversee and manage the timely delivery of quotes and customer projects.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses to customers.
- Manage accurate and correct documentation within the contract and quotation process and follow all rules and procedures governing process compliance.
- Interpretation of technical specifications and designs for products within the portfolio.
- Build strong engagement and relationships with key associated vendors to ensure maximum project opportunities.
- Liaise and engage with key departments to ensure stock support and availability.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with specified solutions while supporting customers technical needs.

**Skills & experience required**:

- Electrical trade qualification is preferred but not essential.
- Industrial electrical background is preferred but not essential.
- Lightning protection experience is highly beneficial.
- UPS, Power factor correction, Harmonic filter knowledge would be beneficial.
- Sales Force/SAP knowledge is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.
