**About the Role**

As the **Client Partnership Manager**, you will own the relationship between MUFG Retirement Solutions and our valued clients, working with a particular fund to deliver exceptional outcomes. You’ll align strategic objectives with innovative solutions, champion high-quality service delivery, and lead with a focus on retention, growth, and compliance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Translating fund strategies into actionable projects and services while identifying new business opportunities to grow client revenue.
- **Operational Excellence**: Ensuring all services meet the highest standards, resolving issues efficiently, and driving continuous improvement.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Strengthening partnerships, retaining members, and exceeding satisfaction targets.
- **Leadership**: Coaching and mentoring your team to deliver excellence in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
- **Governance & Risk Compliance**: Keeping our operations aligned with APRA, ASIC, and SIS regulations, while staying ahead of industry trends.

**What You’ll Bring**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A strong background in superannuation with at least 12 months in a management or leadership role.
- Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven experience in product promotion, sales, and negotiation.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively.
- Knowledge of compliance and superannuation legislation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- **Desirable qualifications**: RG 146, ASFA 100, or relevant tertiary qualifications.
