Role Purpose: As our Regional Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our Franchise Partners and Corporate Venues, building strong, trust-based relationships across your territory. You’ll ensure that every venue shines, delivering outstanding performance and customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Sales & Finance: Collaborate with both Franchise and Corporate venues to supercharge sales. Dive into sales mix analysis and fine-tune local marketing plans while keeping a close eye on financial health.
- Customer Experience Champion: Create a buzz Manage customer feedback, streamline wait times, and ensure our venues deliver top-notch experiences. Your training and coaching will set the standard.
- People & Training: Lead the charge on operational efficiency by analysing key metrics and optimizing staff performance. Ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Inventory & Cash Management: Keep costs in check Manage inventory effectively, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Operations & Facilities: Oversee maintenance and operations, ensuring venues run like well-oiled machines, all while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
