**Snapshot**

As Solutions Lead, Treasury Systems, based in Sydney HQ, you'll collaborate with the Group Treasury, Finance and other functions to lead the technical design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of treasury systems. These include platforms for cash and liquidity management, bank administration, FX and interest rate risk, and treasury reporting.

**Your day to day**
- **Solution Design**:Architect treasury systems (e.g., TMS, ERP interfaces, Bloomberg or similar market data feeds, transactional bank gateways) to support local and global operations.
- **Project Delivery**:Partner with delivery teams to ensure functional design, data mapping, and integration integrity.
- **Workflow Automation**:Enable end to end processing across treasury functions, reducing manual tasks and risk.
- **Compliance Enablement**:Ensure systems meet relevant internal and external regulatory standards and controls.
- **Vendor Management**:Lead relationships with key vendors (e.g., Kyriba), overseeing support, upgrades and issue resolution.
- **Support**: Provide proactive and reactive technical support for the end to end Treasury systems and integrations (eg User access management).
- **Monitoring & Continuous Improvement**:Own post-implementation performance and drive enhancements aligned with evolving treasury needs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's in Finance/IT;
- 8+ years in tech/finance roles, including 3+ in treasury tech;
- Global or APAC experience preferred.
- **Expertise**:Proven experience with managing TMS platforms and core treasury or financial technology (e.g., Kyriba, ION, FIS Quantum)
- **Integration Knowledge**:Strong grasp of ERP, SWIFT, ISO 20022, and bank API connectivity.
- **Corporate Treasury Knowledge**:Strong understanding of loan and debt platforms, financial and derivative instruments, in-house banks/designated finance companies, cash management, and risk analytics.
- **Compliance Familiarity**:Understanding of treasury risk frameworks and standards. Intimate understanding of Treasury Management System (TMS) Controls that extend to role-based access controls, delegations of authority limit controls, audit trails, data integrity & reconciliation, secure integration of market data (Bloomberg or other). Familiarity with Treasury Policy standards, IFRS/ASC, etc..).
- **Delivery Experience**:Led technology side of treasury projects in complex, multi-entity environments using agile practices.
- **Mindset**:Analytical, collaborative, and business-oriented with strong communication and documentation skills.
