- As our Automation Delivery Lead, you’ll be at the heart of BEN’s enterprise-wide transformation, enabling teams to deliver automation solutions that simplify processes and improve customer experiences. You’ll act as a servant leader, guiding agile teams, removing blockers, and ensuring initiatives deliver real value across the bank.

- Key responsibilities:

- Lead and facilitate agile delivery teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise initiatives, manage dependencies, and drive automation solutions that deliver measurable efficiency gains.
- Oversee project planning, risk management, and delivery reporting, ensuring teams are supported, informed, and empowered to succeed.
- **To succeed in this role, we’d love you to have**:

- Proven experience leading or participating in agile teams, delivering complex IT or automation projects.
- Strong understanding of automation technologies, including RPA, AI, APIs, and BPM platforms.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery focus.
- Certification or experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).

- This role is a **Full-time**(76 hours per f/n) role on a** 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract** based at any of our head office locations (see locations here)
