SkyCity Adelaide is currently looking for a highly experienced AML professional to lead our team in the role of Head of AML Delivery and AML Compliance Officer ADL.

**About the opportunity**

This role also acts as the AML Compliance Officer for SkyCity Adelaide, managing day to day oversight of the Adelaide AML/CTF Program and, alongside the Group GM Financial Crime and the Strategy and Programmes Team, will be responsible for ensuring the Adelaide AML/CTF Program is up to date, enhancement programme objectives are met, and engaging with local regulators, including AUSTRAC, CBS (Consumer and Business Services), Law Enforcement agencies, public sector and industry partners.

**About you**

Possessing a minimum 6+ years of proven experience within AML Compliance roles, as well as tertiary qualifications, you will have sound knowledge of AML/CTF regulatory requirements in Australia, coupled with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, whilst handling multiple tasks concurrently. Your success in leading teams will be evident by your relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, coupled with your insight into improving and simplifying business processes in line with changing environments, whilst making sound risk decisions within a Program framework. You will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to present comfortably on your business unit to a number of key stakeholders. New Zealand AML experience will also be highly favoured, alongside CAMS, AML or Financial Crime certifications.
