**Your new role**

Situated in the Parks and Corporate technology team, this customer-focused, hands-on role is accountable for the end-to-end leadership, management, promotion and excellence of your organisation's new IT Automation Service. You will work with key stakeholders to define, establish and implement new automation services.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- ** RPA and Integration Management**: Proficient in working with and managing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and integration solutions using Microsoft technologies.
- ** Agile Project Delivery Experience**: Successfully delivered projects using agile methodologies.
- ** Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills**: Skilled in troubleshooting and incident management.
- ** Effective Documentation**: Proficient in preparing high-quality written documentation.
- ** Automation Architecture**: Experienced in architecting and leading automation implementations.
- ** Scripting Languages**: Familiar with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.
