With our sales footprint covering Hervey Bay to Byron Bay and inland to Toowoomba and beyond, we now seek an additional experienced telephone sales professional.

We are looking for an ambitious, confident and motivated individual to join our successful sales team to further develop and drive our business to new levels. You will need to be a problem-solver, as there are technical aspects to selling timber flooring that will require your focus. However, experience in the Construction industry is not essential, as we will train you in your new role regardless

You will be based in our Maroochydore office and will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing.

**Paying a $70k -base + Super + up to $20k in Commissions
Making regular contact with existing clients and identifying additional opportunities for increased business
- Identifying prospects and designing solutions that will result in long-term client relationships
- Continually looking at ways to develop and cultivate contacts in the market
- Meeting KPIs in relation to sales calls and revenue generation
- Attending to key customer enquiries

Reporting to the hiring manager the role encompasses;
- Working within a team to ensure customer service standards are maintained.
- Coordinate and organise quotes.
- Troubleshooting for our customers.
- Invoicing and costing.

- Sound mathematical and computer skills.

You must be able to demonstrate:

- Proven experience in achieving sales targets
- Exceptional customer service standards and ability to build long lasting customer relationships
- Passion for customer service excellence
- Enjoy working in a small team and ability to work independently
- Passion and knowledge of design is desirable
- Design qualification will be highly regarded

The position involves:

- Showroom Sales and administration.
- Calling on Projects and builders and Designers.
- Customer Service & Quoting.
- Product Promotion.
- Meeting sales targets
- Showing presentation overall cleanliness
- Ensure the Showroom and all displays are neat and tidy at all times.
