This position is a new role in our newly established Melbourne office. This position will compliment our Customer Service Team based in Brisbane.

This role will ensure a high standard of customer service and operational efficiency

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Handling enquiries of pricing, stock and availability, shipping dates and any additional information that the customer requires
- Manage complaints and stock returns
- Manage and follow up customer feedback or complaints
- Identify new customer leads
- All functions of customer service and sales
- Supporting the sales team with key accounts

**Skills and experience**
We are seeking someone that can work in a fast paced customer service/office environment with the following skills and attributes:

- Strong communication skills
- Customer focused approach
- Experience in a highly customer focus role with elements of troubleshooting and internal sales
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
- Creative thinking to identify and convert growth opportunities
- The ability to handle objections and use your consultative skills to come up with solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
