**You’re Day to Day**:
Work under the direction of the hotel’s Operations Manager, you will be leading the front office team, managing the day to day activities of Front desk, Concierge and Night team ensuring that guests receive prompt, professional attention and personal recognition at all times, and working towards achieving the IHG Winning Metrics and Brilliant Basics.
- Supervise the Front Office team to ensure optimum occupancy and average room rate for the purpose of maximizing revenue;
- Monitor Front Office, and particularly Guest Relations, to ensure IHG One Rewards Members, Repeat Guests and other VIPs receive special attention and recognition, as measured through the IHG Loyalty Program Recognition;
- Work closely with housekeeping to ensure Cleanliness of Guest Rooms and Public Areas is at the Crowne Plaza Brand standards and compliant with the IHG way of cleaning and meeting brand standards;
- Actively pursue the strengthening of Guest Satisfaction (HeartBeat) results through active action plan in quality improvement projects;
- Provide administrative support to Senior Management with reference to policy enforcement, business advice and operational assistance. Assist in conducting internal audits on hotel policies and procedures.
- Identify training and development needs for team members; provide induction training regarding health and wellbeing initiatives that are available to the new colleagues.

**What we need from you**:

- Two years or more previous experience in any 4.5 or 5 star hotel Front Office management or supervisory roles;
- Strong communication skills;
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company;
- A high energy level and a passion for achieving results;
- Strong Leadership skills in managing teams to drive for results;
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities;
