Sub Regional Administrator

About the role
As the Sub Regional Administrator, you will work as part of the NSW Sub Regional Office, to support the delivery of a wide range school administration services to the NSW Regional Principals, Board and OneSchool Global NSW campus locations (x 10).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- WHS System Management
- Advise/assist NSW Campuses
- Monitor legislation
- Internal Auditor
- Volunteer and contractor register
- Reporting
- Campus Risk and WHS meetings
- NSW Campus visit (each semester) - Must be willing to travel.
- Governance
- NSW Working with Children Check
- Monitor governance compliance submission
- Excursion
- Sentral process flow
- Policy checkpoint
- RP/NLT approval
- Insurance
- Claims (vehicle & building)
- Manage staff travel and events
- Support Campus Office Administration team in process and procedure during campus visit's
- Prepare and manage Smartsheet processes
