**The Role**
The Security & Estate Group (SEG), Base Services Transformation & Estate Data Systems (BSTEDS) Branch is looking for an EL1 who will be responsible for leading its Business Change Management Team which includes planning for, developing and then delivering change across SEG in support of the estate management system known as GEMS (Garrison & Estate Management System).
The Business Change Manager is a critical role responsible for managing implementation of ICT changes to GEMS. This role will be navigating a challenging work program whilst concurrently working with the wider Estate Data Systems team to transition to a new landscape through key Defence initiatives, Base Service Transformation (BST) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
The day to day activities of the Business Change Manager include management and coordination of a geographically dispersed team of industry change professionals to deliver business change management, facilitation of workshops, strategic guidance of learning and development activities and other transformation initiatives associated with large-scale organisational reform.

**About our Team**
The Security & Estate Group (SEG), Base Services Transformation & Estate Data Systems (BSTEDS) Branch is looking for an EL1 Business Change Manager to provide management of the Change Management Team. The Team comprises Industry Change Professionals/Business Analysts that support the identification, capture, articulation and implementation of ICT changes to address identified business requirements. These can range from significant functional gaps through to rectification of urgent technical issues. In addition this team supports the business transition through ICT impacts of larger Defence transformational initiatives such as the Base Service Transformation (BST) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) activities.
