**Based at our Bathurst Petcare site, this role will see you drive continuous improvements in the areas of systems, processes and costs on a day-to-day basis.**:
Reporting to the National Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for leading all Inbound Logistics relation interactions and working closely with key stakeholders.

You will be responsible for efficient and effective logistics operations to achieve customer service excellence, linking the Demand & Supply functions. You will be exposed to working on projects that look at the transformation journey of Supply Chain through digitalization. It requires a collaborative mindset and strong engagement of internal and external stakeholders. You will play a critical role within the National Logistics Team.

**What are we looking for?**:

- High learning agility and sound technical aptitude
- Curiosity to understand and ability to navigate technology
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Degree qualified preferable but not essential
- Demonstrated level of Commercial Awareness
- Demonstrated knowledge of Procurement and Data Analytics
- Logistics operations knowledge and Supply Chain experience is essential - import preferred but not essential
- Proven analytical skills, experience with SAP is preferred

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:

- Enable the planning process through identification and development of Logistics related initiatives negotiated and aligned with key customers and suppliers
- Manage cost and service in the supply chain through accuracy
- Analysis and plan performance
- Manage and collaborate with 3PL providers and clearing agents as part of responsibilities for coordinating end to end finished goods
- Manage business process in supply chain operations ensuring efficiency in process and accuracy
- Deliver growth by analysing E2E Inbound Logistics performance identifying issues and opportunities for improvements
- Identify and lead inbound logistics activities driving improvements as related to B2B, Market Activities, Capital Projects and COG's Excellence delivery
- This role does require some travel to our other Regional sites. _
