**The Role**

We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Analyst to support this dynamic team, and report directly into a fantastic Supply Chain Director. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your analytical skills and expertise in data modelling to drive strategic decision-making across the supply chain function. With exposure to cutting-edge tools such as TM1, you will play a crucial part in optimising operations and shaping the company's future success.

This role is perfect for a process-oriented individual with a passion for numbers and excellent communication skills A highly desirable aspect of this role is the WFH flexibility it offers and the opportunity for exposure to multiple lines of business through its flat structure.

Acting as a key source of support to the supply chain team, this is a crucial role for the business and a truly fantastic opportunity to add value within a leading FMCG organisation

**The **Responsibilities**
- Analyse data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic initiatives.
- Develop data-driven solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain databases and perform data modelling to support decision-making processes.

**About You**
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related field desirable.
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Proficiency in TM1 reporting tool.
- Bring a tech and process improvement focus to work.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for problem-solving and learning.
