The Role
Bring your passion for customer service by servicing inbound enquiries over the phone, follow-up activity processing and supporting with other administrative tasks Our Customer Service Operator position provides the perfect blend of servicing inbound customer enquiries, administration and data processing work requirements A range of varied shifts on offer to provide maximum work-life balance with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts during busy periods
The Essentials
- A passion for servicing customers
- Strong ability to organise, prioritise and monitor workloads to meet deadlines
- Ability to efficiently manage and process orders over the phone and complete data entry activities of various customer information
- Excellent time management skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to interact customers and staff in a professional manner
