**We're excited to be working with Thermomix again as they look for a Sales Communications Manager**

In this role, you'd be responsible for executing a creative and inspirational field communications and engagement strategy. You'd support the sales leadership team in utilizing communication touch points effectively to maximize business outcomes. This role also contributes to the development, implementation, and embedding of projects and campaigns that optimize sales results.

**What does the day to day look like?**
- **_Team Leadership: _**Lead direct reports, fostering a values-driven culture and a people-first approach while managing prioritization of field communication and engagement workload.
- **_Sales Enablement:_** Establish a transformative communication environment that maximizes the direct sales model. Design a monthly field engagement program across all channels, collaborate with the field leadership team to deliver effective communication, and support the development of communication skills within the sales leadership team.
- **_Campaigns & Incentives:_** Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative and inspirational resources for field engagement strategy. Lead the field roll out of campaigns and incentives, analyze their success, and optimize outcomes in collaboration with the field leadership team.

**Who you are**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Senior Sales, Strategic Communications, or Strategic Engagement role.
- Previous experience in the direct sales industry advantageous.
- Proven success in supporting sales growth through transformative communication.
- Strong leadership and engagement skills, including remote engagement capacity.
- Passion for collaboration, developing others, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
