We are looking for a People Advisor to join our team Reporting to a Senior People Partner, you’ll work alongside a close-knit team, People Advisory and People Projects team, to build strong client partnerships and deliver tailored HR solutions.

With your HR expertise, you will be the go-to advisor for your portfolio of clients, guiding them through People challenges and driving positive outcomes for their business.

You’ll support key initiatives such as employee inductions, performance reviews, and engagement programs. Success in this role means being a strategic thinker, solutions-focused, and proactively adding value for clients.

- Managing a small portfolio of clients, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction
- Providing general HR advice and support across the portfolio
- Leading employee induction sessions and supporting managers in performance conversations
- Overseeing performance reviews, HR policy updates, and employee engagement initiatives
- Guiding managers in becoming effective leaders through HR expertise
- Conducting salary benchmarking and managing visa/work permit processes for international hires
- Analysing employee engagement surveys to drive insights and improvements
- Partnering with WRC Talent & People Operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Collaborating with Senior People Partners to create tailored solutions for clients’ needs
- Adapting and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

**A Bit About You**:
**Required**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as an HR generalist, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, legislation, and best practices
- Demonstrated experience in business partnering
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyse HR matters and provide strategic recommendations
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to derive insights for informed decision-making
- Familiarity with software implementation projects and the ability to drive successful system transitions
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR technology tools
- Skill in training program design and delivery to enhance employee development
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging HR trends and practices
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing DEIB strategies and programs

**Preferred**
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, or CIPD)
- Familiarity or experience with global HR practice
