Let’s talk about you

As our People Advisor, you will play a key role in providing proactive support to the People & Reputation team on key people initiatives. To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Exposure supporting projects across large or complex businesses.- Experience of working in a maturing and transformational change environment.- Ability to build strong relationships and strong listening skills.- Demonstrated experience in supporting client focused People initiatives.- Excellent planning and organisational skills.- Strong administrative skills and ability to move thoughts into actions.- Effective questioning and listening skills.- Demonstrated ability to think proactively and prioritise effectively, whilst juggling tasks and managing expectations

How will you support our “Why?”

Our People Advisor will focus on delivering these activities and outcomes:
- Providing support at an operational level across our People Partnering, and People Services Team- Supporting the execution of strategic workforce planning, talent management and succession planning initiatives with People Partners at Aussie Broadband.- Providing support to People Partners on partnering activities and organisational wide initiatives.- Liaising with colleagues across People and Culture to provide support in Learning and Development, Reward, People Experience and Workplace Relations initiatives and programs.- Supporting the delivery of change management initiatives that result in improved workforce management and people capacity.- Supporting the Partnering teams with Workday to deliver cyclical people activities and strategic projects.
