**What You Will Be Doing**
The People Advisor position is a key role as the first point of contact for employees to the Business Partnering Team. The Advisor has a close working relationship with the People & Culture Business Partners, who partner with line managers across the organisation to facilitate the achievement of operational goals.
**What You Need**
We anticipate you will have:
- Previous experience in a HR Advisor role
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field or working toward it
- Highly developed organisation, communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience interpreting Enterprise Agreements
