As the business enters the next phase of development and growth, an exciting opportunity has emerged for a Head of People & Culture to join the Executive Leadership Team. This role will be based at the Banyo head office, which boasts a state-of-the-art facility.

**The Role**
The Head of People & Culture role holds the responsibility of developing and implementing human resource strategies that align with the organisation's overall business plan and strategic objectives. The role oversees various People functions, including but not limited to WHS, employee engagement, wellbeing, succession planning, recruitment, talent management, performance management, capability framework development, training and development, and compensation. Furthermore, the role provides expert advice on employment law matters, seeking external consultation when necessary. As a key partner across the business and an integral member of the Lite n’ Easy Executive Leadership Team, the role provides best-practice leadership, advice and implements strategies for people-related outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a People and Culture strategy to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.
- Evolve and execute Lite n’ Easy's talent strategy, including identification, retention, development, and succession planning.
- Develop and drive a strategy to continue to materially improve WHS outcomes.
- Clearly identify organisational development priorities that support LNE's business strategy and implement relevant, effective, and efficient tools and programs to build current and future capabilities.
- Provide the business with expert advice on IR matters including the negotiation of EBA’s
- Embed talent processes such as recruitment, onboarding, talent reviews, succession planning, and career development, ensuring a clear understanding and consistent implementation.
- Foster a culture where all employees are encouraged to take ownership of their career by providing them with the necessary tools, mentorship and support to understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive and senior management, addressing critical organisational and managerial issues.
- Design and implement competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefits plans.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the People and Culture (P&C) and WHS functions, cultivating a high-performance culture.
- Drive improvements in employee engagement throughout the organisation.

**About You**
- Hold relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management.
- Demonstrate significant executive-level experience in human resources and WHS.
- Showcase experience in managing high-pressure environments and delivering results within tight deadlines.
- Possess strong expertise in performance management, including a comprehensive understanding of associated procedures.
- Display experience in managing employee relations and working within unionised environments, including negotiating EBA agreements.
- Exhibit the ability to effectively relate and engage to a broad range of stakeholders.
