As the Office Manager / Department Head you will play a pivotal role in managing the Property Managers and manage 2 offices. This is a genuinely exciting and varied opportunity and ideal for someone looking to step up and manage a small team.

**Duties include**:

- Staff Management of a small team of 8
- Implementing new ideas
- Ensure all Property Managers are hitting there targets / KPI'S
- Conduct staff meetings and one on ones
- Ensure a harmonious working environment

To be successful you must have previous experience within Management in Real estate and preferably come from a Property Manager background. You will be professional, mature with excellent time management skills and a flexible approach to turn your hand to whatever the situation requires.
