As the Department Manager, you will deliver an exceptional standard of customer care, utilise your business and financial acumen to analyse financial documents, identify opportunity and implement strategies to deliver results. **The Role**

**About You**
- **Management experience in a high-performance store with medium to large teams.**:

- An inspiring leader passionate about instilling growth and development within your team.
- Dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPI’s.
- **Experience working to financial documents, sales and stock reports.**:

- Experience with rostering team members.
- **Ability to work a flexible roster, including one weekend day each week.**:

- Attention to detail.
- Experience in training, coaching and performance management.
- **Passion for sports and the sports industry.**:

- Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset, with strong critical thinking skills.
