**Casual Lecturer - Music (Audio)**

**About the role**:

Box Hill Institute’s Music Higher Education department requires one or more casual employees with advanced knowledge in Audio (Live Sound) to deliver high quality education to students studying in the Bachelor of Music Industry. The position also requires the successful applicant to develop, maintain and manage teaching resources on our student learning management system.

**Your Skills and Experience**:
**General**
- Teaching experiences preferred and a passion for sharing knowledge and experience is essential
- Ability to adapt to the changing needs of the faculty.
- Relevant industry qualifications or experience and an AQF level 8 or higher qualification.

**Audio**
- Extensive industry experience encompasses all facets of live sound including: system design, acoustics, live sound mixing, monitor mixing, wireless microphone systems, digital networking, production management, and stage management

You will need to provide a current National Police Records Check and an Employee category Working with Children Check. You will also need to provide evidence of your entitlement to work in Australia and certified copies of your qualifications.
