Are you a Weet-Bix kid? We have a rare and exciting opportunity to join our talented and innovative Brand Marketing Team, working on the iconic Australian brand, Weet-Bix.

Under the leadership of the Brand Manager, you will be involved in developing and executing marketing initiatives to achieve the financial objectives for this iconic Australian brand.

At a detailed level, you will contribute to the achievement of those objectives through:

- Project Management - delivering on time and meeting key brand objectives
- Financial Management - provide ongoing recommendations and support to achieve brand budget and ongoing growth
- Planning - assist with preparing annual marketing plans included preparation of the product and event marketing calendar.
- Sales and Share Achievement - working with the Weet-Bix team to achieve our commercial objectives
- Operational Plan - supporting the Weet-Bix team with best-in-class executions across the full marketing mix, including new product development projects and go-to-market execution
- Communications Management - monitor and evaluate advertising and promotional activities and develop positive relationships with external suppliers.
- Contributing to team culture - demonstrating a collaborative and constructive approach to working with team members across the total business

**About you**
- Degree qualified in Marketing or Commerce or willingness to work towards a qualification.
- 2+ years Marketing or related field experience preferably in FMCG
- Experience with consumer research and how to effectively use the data.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Nielsen is highly desirable.
- Enthusiastic self-starter
- Action-oriented, detail focussed and highly efficient in quality and quantity of output
- Highly collaborative with experience driving cross function team outcomes.
