Experienced Administration and Customer Support

Our business is a market leader and we are looking for an experienced, professional and enthusiastic Administration/Customer Service Manager.
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role is expected/preferred.
We require an experienced person in admin and customer support, to manage the office (including invoicing, banking, purchasing, stock take etc), liaise with customers, production staff, suppliers and handle duties for management.
It is essential that you have MYOB experience with a confident and professional, “can do” attitude.
In this role you will work independently offering;
- Excellent oral and written and communication skills.
- Must be computer literate at an intermediate-advanced level including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and learn new skills
- Display great attention to detail
- Previous experience within a similar role is essential.
- The ability to provide effective and appropriate information to a variety of people
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills, including an ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manage a varied workload, in a professional manner.
You must be well presented, articulate and fluent in English and be comfortable working in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
Essentially, you will be running your own show, there is little face to face contact with our customers and your phone manner will need to be confident and helpful. You will sometimes need to have the patience of a saint and be prepared to learn about our production processes
You will receive an attractive salary and benefits, training and enjoy a safe and stable work place with off street parking.
Monday to Thursday 8.30-3.30pm, Friday 8.30-2.30pm, with some flexibility.
You will receive one on one training and support.
Immediate start is preferred.
**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
