Reporting into the Accounts Payable Supervisor, duties include:

- Perform end to end supplier statement reconciliation to identify and analyze variances, communicate with external and internal stakeholders to take appropriate action, resolve discrepancies and achieve on time payment to suppliers
- Analyse freight and duty supplier's statement to resolve discrepancy to achieve accurate payment
- Perform balance sheet reconciliation
- Assist on bank reconciliation, follow up and resolve outstanding items
- Perform GST reviews to ensure GST is calculated accurately
- Assist in other areas of the Accounts Payable function as required to achieve team's KPI

**The Successful Applicant**:

- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience with exposure to vendor statement reconciliation is preferred.
- Strong problem solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures, financial chart of accounts and corporate procedures
- Strong MS Excel skills. (V-Look ups and Pivot tables).
- Display a positive "can do" attitude.
- Be able to work in a high volume environment.
