**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the role will be responsible to provide assistance in all aspects of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing any deposits from Customers made directly into our Bank Account with remittance daily.
- Allocating customer payment and reconciliation.
- Allocating Foreign currency contract for Import purchases
- Processing Vendor invoices
- Allocating Foreign currency payments
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of systems, processes and procedures related to work area.
- Contribute to identifying appropriate performance indicators that are measurable and quantifiable.
- Responsible for timely performance reports that are based on identified performance indicators, which demonstrates the effectiveness of your work area.
- Supporting month-end process
- Covering reception duties when needed
- Any other duties necessary to ensure the responsibilities of the role are executed.
