**Position Purpose**:
The Accounts Receivable Officer is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing and reporting of all accounts receivable, including the vigilant collection and reconciliation of outstanding accounts.

**Duties as Accounts Receivable**
- Raise and issue customer invoices & credit notes
- Issuing monthly statements
- Receipting and allocating payments
- Assisting in the improvement of methods and processes
- Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the Accounts Receivable function including invoice processing and the collection of Accounts Receivable
- Negotiate with and reach resolutions with suppliers and contractors
- Perform reconciliations to ensure invoicing is accurate and proactively resolve any discrepancies
- Respond to inquiries regarding accounts receivable
- Support with finalizing the month-end accounts
- Ad hoc duties or requirements associated with the finance function to ensure effective and efficient business operation as directed

Other accounts receivable and finance-related tasks as required

**Qualifications：**
- Demonstrated computer skills in MS Office, namely Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Results Focused
- Have a methodical and organized approach
- Be highly motivated and capable of keeping up with a fast-paced environment
- Capable of working autonomously whilst respecting the dynamics of a team
- Attention to detail is an absolute must

Effective communication skills

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Accounts receivable: 1 year (preferred)
