KB Seafood Co is one of Australia's largest seafood companies and one of the most awarded & successful food service operators. The business employs over 270+ fantastic people with a humble/inclusive culture. We provide over 30,000 tonnes of seafood annually to leading foodservice operators and major supermarkets.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the role will be responsible to provide assistance in all aspects of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing any deposits from Customers made directly into our Bank Account with remittance daily.
- Allocating customer payment and reconciliation.
- Processing Vendor invoices
- Allocating Foreign currency contract for Import purchases and Allocating Foreign currency payments
- Daily reconciliations of bank accounts
- Responsible for timely reports that are based on identified performance indicators, which demonstrates the effectiveness of your work area.
- Supporting month-end and year-end financial process
- Covering reception duties when needed
- Any other duties necessary to ensure the responsibilities of the role are executed.

**About You**:
You will have:

- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- High proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of accounting software will be an added advantage
- Strong attention to details, Excellent time management, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Full Australian Work Rights
