**Who you are?**
We are seeking applicants for the position of Accounts Invoicing Officer, who are excited by the challenges of our business and variety this role offers. You will be based at 58 Sorbonne Crescent and will be reporting to the Client Relationship Manager. This role is perfect for a new graduate or someone with experience wishing to expand their knowledge and join a large global company.

As Accounts Invoicing Officer, some of your tasks will be, but not limited to:

- Invoicing
- Uploading of Invoices into clients Portals
- Assisting Collectors in collecting remittances and offsetting / matching payments
- Communicating with clients and Business Units in relation to invoices and payments
- Filing
- Communicating with clients and internal stake holders

**What will you bring to the role?**

Prerequisites for the job
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Broad understanding of invoicing
- Basic knowledge of accounts receivable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to work autonomously
- Strong attention to detail, good data entry skills and high level of initiative are a must

Desirable for the job
- Experience in invoicing for a mining laboratory
