As the ICT PMO Manager at Sunwater, you will:
- Provide strong direction and leadership to the team, ensuring clear objectives and targets are in place and manage the team to achieve those targets.
- Be responsible for governance of the portfolio, the project management framework, and associated Technology PMO standards which meet the requirements of all stakeholders.
- Manage the delivery assurance of programs and projects to ensure they deliver intended outcomes and comply with portfolio standards.
We are seeking a talented individual with a proven track record and understanding of all elements of the PMO service. You will hold tertiary qualifications in ICT, Engineering or Business, Project Management Certification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, P30), 10+ years work experience running a PMO service and have experience in government or consulting to government. You will also bring:
- **PMO expertise**: Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Portfolio Governance, Finance and other enabling functions that partner with ICT Delivery.
- **Strategic vision**:Ability to develop and drive operational objectives through effective planning and coordination of business functions i.e. governance frameworks, people, finance, and performance.
