**The Role**
Our client, a prominent Queensland State Government agency, seeks a talented PMO Manager for their Information Management (IM) Program. As the PMO Manager, you will lead a team responsible for governance, assurance, compliance, program reporting, scheduling, finance, human resource management, risk, and issue management processes.

**Responsibilities**

As the PMO Manager, you will:

- Implement and manage program and project management techniques and standards for quality outcomes.
- Coordinate assurance and governance processes, fostering smooth gate progression.
- Lead a high-performing team, encouraging collaboration and nurturing team members' growth.
- Monitor and report program and project trends, budgets, and deliverables.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, driving process adoption.
- Support program delivery and align with strategic priorities.

**Mandatory Skills**
- Expertise in PRINCE2, MSP, and Queensland Government's Project Assurance Framework.
- Proven experience (5+ years) establishing and managing PMOs.

**Desirable skills**
- Leadership in complex ICT programs with business transformation.
- Multi-disciplinary team management and collaboration.
- Program business case development using MSP.
- Vendor management in multi-vendor environments.
- Stakeholder relationship management.
- Excellent negotiation, consultation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Program and project governance and assurance experience.
- Financial and ICT procurement process management.
- Experience with SAP financial management systems
