**Make an impact at Serco**

Reporting to the FFE Team Lead, you will play a vital role in maintaining and managing the equipment required for a leading healthcare environment. Your responsibilities include ensuring equipment is clean, safe, and ready for use, performing regular maintenance, and supporting the coordination of equipment through the FF&E library and RTLS system.

You'll also assist in tracking, locating, and managing equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining positive relationships with hospital staff.
- Your focus on detail and ability to maintain a safe, efficient working environment will be key to your success.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

- Experience in a hospital environment and a relevant tertiary qualification
- preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent time management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong relationship and communication skills as you will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders
