**About the Role**:As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a top-notch customer experience. Working closely with our Audiologists, you'll help manage client interactions and support the smooth operation of our Richmond office.

**Role Details**:

- Location: Richmond/ Footscray office
- Days: Mondays, Tuesdays - 9AM to 5PM, and Saturday - 9AM to 3PM. [3 days]
- Training: Comprehensive on-the-job training provided

**Key Responsibilities**:It's reasonable for a company to expect a new receptionist to take initiative, use common sense, and learn as they go, even after just a week of on-the-job training.
- Greet and assist clients warmly
- Update and maintain client records
- Coordinate appointments and follow-ups
- Handle client payments and resolve billing issues
- Oversee office supplies and maintain a clean reception area
- Collaborate with team members and support additional tasks as needed

**Skills and Experience**:

- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Well-organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage client relationships effectively
- Proficient with computer systems and data management
- Previous receptionist/administration experience (preferably in a medical setting)
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

**About You**:You are a reliable, experienced, and personable professional who is eager to contribute to a thriving clinic. With at least two years of experience as a receptionist or in administration, you're ready for a long-term role where you can grow your career.
