**The Role**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and inviting attitude
- Manage incoming calls and guests and direct them appropriately
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about our products/services
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail / deliveries
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Liaise with external IT stakeholder / partner
- Perform other ad hoc clerical receptionist / office management duties

**About You**:

- Work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Strong technical receptionist skills
- Ability to work independently
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Time management skills
- Highly organised, resourceful and proactive individual
- Friendly and customer centric
