ce: Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations to comply with VCAT standards and maintain property conditions.
- Financial Management: Oversee property finances, including rent collection, bill payments, and expense management to maximize owner profitability.
- Marketing and Leasing:Implement effective advertising strategies, screen tenants, and manage lease negotiations to reduce vacancies.
- Legal Compliance:Ensure all properties comply with relevant regulations, manage lease agreements, and represent landlords at VCAT when necessary.
- Vendor Management:Supervise contractors and service providers to ensure quality maintenance and repairs.
- Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Record Keeping:Maintain detailed records of property transactions, tenant communications, and maintenance activities. *Requirements:*
- Certificate in Real Estate Agent Representation.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
- At least 2 years of experience in the property management field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
