We are looking for an experienced Team Administrator to join the Corporate Engineering team.

The primary purpose of this role is to assist the Corporate Engineering team to improve overall efficiency of departmental operations and champion compliance of external and internal processes and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain all records for projects, exhibiting confidentiality, discretion, tact, diplomacy, and professionalism.
- Supporting the Corporate Engineering Manager and direct reports with administrative tasks.
- Coordinate calendar and other requirements for Corporate Engineering Manager and direct reports.
- Schedule meetings, travel arrangements, etc with both internal and external customers, including the reservation of venues, resources and catering requirements as required.
- Create presentations, reports and documents as determined by the Corporate Engineering Manager.
- Management of business expenses and reimbursement claims for the Engineering team.
- Coordinate with the Corporate Engineering Manager's direct reports to ensure all reports and business events are received and conducted within set deadlines
- Collaborate and network with Technical Team members and other PAs within the business.
- Own, maintain and constantly update the engineering teams page on the intranet
- Conduct regular internal audits within engieneering team to monitor compliance to corporate standards and procedures and issue reports and recommendations on findings.
- Liaise closely with the Technical Department to understand compliance requirements.
- Develop / recommend systems or practices that increase compliance to corporate standards
- Implement standardization of electronic file storage and archiving, across One Drive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams

**Skills and Experience**
- Diploma in Administration or a related discipline in admin or quality systems
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Experience working with highly technical or manufacturing teams
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Can do attitude
- Ability to manage multiple people and deadlines.
- Experience working in quality systems (highly desirable)
