**The Role**

This role will be a valuable part of the Sales Administration team responsible for providing high level support across all areas of the Sales & Emerging Channels department to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the day-to-day operations.

An integral part of the role is building and maintaining close connections with the Head Office & National Field Sales teams, delivering with customer service excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide support to the International Team:

- Maintain customer master data and price lists
- Coordinate product documentation & artwork for distributors and product registrations
- Respond to Customer Relations enquiries and complaints
- Organise samples orders, supporting documentation and freight to overseas customers
- Coordinate marketing merchandise shipments and commercial invoices
- Provide support to the Claims & Invoicing Coordinator with the coding and processing of trade spend claims and invoices.
- Maintenance of product data and images in the Food Service distributor online portals.
- Organise meetings, conferences, events.
- Administrator of the sales field CRM databases ‘Sales Force’ and ‘Stay In Front’, supporting the National Field Sales teams to effectively connect with their customers and maximise efficiency.
- Coordinate Field Sales team activities in conjunction with marketing & promotional launches, store relays, etc.
- Manage daily requests i.e., stock orders, samples, point of sale, uniforms, business cards, onboarding requirements, storage units, mailouts etc.

**Skills & Experience**
- 5+ years administration experience
- Intermediate MS Office experience
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attend to detail
- Strong numerical and analytical skills; identifies and solves problems
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new IT systems and processes
- An ongoing commitment to quality improvement and streamlining processes and efficiencies
- Enthusiastic, friendly, reliable, and collaborative team player
- Experience with CRM systems and SAP desired but not essential
