As a growing business, we’re looking to expand our team with motivated individuals who are keen to learn and grow in the telecommunications trade. We are looking for full time, part time, causal & subcontractors.

**The Role**
We are seeking a reliable **System Integrator** to support our technicians on a variety of telecommunications projects. This position will suit someone who enjoys hands-on work, has a good eye for detail, and wants to develop skills in a fast-growing industry.

You’ll be assisting with the installation of:

- **Cel-Fi mobile coverage systems**
- Antennas and wireless equipment
- Structured cabling and data points
- General telecommunications hardware and equipment

**Day-to-day tasks include**:

- Assisting technicians with installation, testing, and fault-finding
- Running and terminating cables (data, coaxial, fibre where required)
- Carrying tools, equipment, and materials
- Site preparation and clean-up
- Using hand and power tools safely
- Following instructions and working effectively as part of a small team

**What We’re Looking For**
The right person doesn’t need prior telecommunications experience, but you’ll need to bring:

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
- Physical fitness - comfortable working on ladders, in roof spaces, or outdoors
- Current driver’s licence (essential)
- White Card / Construction Induction (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
- Any experience with cabling, antennas, or electrical/telecommunications work will be highly regarded

*Company is based on the Central Coast however works will be required along the East Coast of Australia.

Pay: From $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

**Experience**:

- Construction site: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)
- Open Cablers Licence (preferred)
- Working At Heights (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
