**Job Description: Weekend Barista (Lebanese Cuisine Knowledge)**

## Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, following precise recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized coffee station, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers to take orders and answer any questions about our offerings.
- Prepare and serve manoush and other Lebanese delicacies with attention to detail and authenticity.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking coffee supplies and Lebanese cuisine ingredients.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless experience for customers.

## Requirements:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista, with a solid understanding of coffee-making techniques.
- **Cuisine Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of Lebanese cuisine, with mandatory experience in preparing and serving manoush.
- **Skills**: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Flexibility**: Availability to work weekends, with the potential for full-time hours based on performance.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
